Summary:
The NCI-ASCO Teams in Cancer Care Delivery project emphasized that management of interdependent cancer care across specialties is crucial to teamwork and also a considerable challenge. Optimal care delivery requires well-managed timing and sequencing of events that cross specialties. In this Healthcare Teams (HCT) Cyber Discussion, the presenter will describe the premise of the 4R model (Right Information / Care / Patient / Time) using the attached case study and she will share summary results from a pilot study.
